Press releases and subscriptions

The e-mail address or adress or name you give when you subscribe to press releases or financial reports will be transferred to the supplier of the subscription service, to administrate the service on our behalf. We have entered into a Data Processor Agreement with the suppliers to ensure your personal data is secured.

These terms of use governs your purchases from, and your use of, the website and forms a contract between you and Eqivia AB, VAT number SE559192088801 (hereby referred to as “Eqivia”). By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.
Once we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation as soon as possible via email. This contains full information about your order. If something is wrong is your order, please contact immediately with your order number attached. 

By accessing the website or placing an order you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to revise these terms without prior notice to you.

You have the right to exchange or return products within 14 days after receiving the product, assuming that the product has not been used and is in good condition.

Delivery and cancellations

Eqivia ships within the European Union. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners in other countries around the world.
Charges for toll and taxes might be charged by the authorities in the receiving country depending on the legislation in that country. Such charges shall be paid by the customer.

In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Eqivia by email. If a product has been discontinued Eqivia has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Eqivia will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and your use of the website are governed by Swedish law. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to Eqivia right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.

Gavelo is responsible for the processing of the personal information our customers provide to us in accordance with the Personal Data Act. This data will be processed in order to maintain good customer relations through catalogs, DM, SMS, Mail, and for other marketing purposes. You can always contact us to request correction or deletion of your customer data.

Lawfulness of processing

We process your personal data that we collect as part of the purchase as it is necessary for the performance of the contract. When you contact us through email or via our chat service, we process any personal data you provide us, based on legitimate interest.
